Can any bus travel from Arizona to California? Particularly from Mesa, AZ to Los Angeles, CA. Or somewhere close to Los Angeles.

Sure, Greyhound buses go all over the country. Buses from Mesa to LA four times a day, for as little as $40.48 if you buy a nonrefundable ticket online for travel on Fri/Sat/Sun. http://www.greyhound.com
